Tahiti Travel Exchange!

On November 5th, Tahiti Tourisme, Air Tahiti Nui, Air New Zealand and eight participating Preferred Tour Operator Partners successfully launched the first annual Tahiti Travel Exchange and FAM! This program brought over 150 North American travel agents to Tahiti for a full-day training conference followed by a week-long FAM trip. Each Preferred Tour Operator Partner was given the opportunity to request a block of air seats. They then built FAM itineraries based on their product and selected their top travel agent accounts for participation. The Travel Exchange itself took place at the Radisson Plaza Resort Tahiti (pictured on right), which provided the local Tahitian travel industry the opportunity to train and network with these important North American sellers of travel. Many partners from the Tahiti industry were in attendance.
