We are continuously enhancing our website and with very recent changes we have seen a remarkable increase in the number of Special Offers being requested! Last year, we revamped and streamlined the process for visitors to find and request Special Offers by our Tour Operator Partners listed on our website.

When a consumer chooses an offer of particular interest they are directed to click a button to “Send Quote Request”. Once they have done so they are taken to a form to fill in the required important information. When the consumer form is submitted it will automatically be sent to a Tiare Agent in their geographic vicinity. The consumers will then receive a message telling them to expect to hear from the agent within 48 hours. The message will also include the Tiare Agent’s specific contact details.

At the same time that the message is sent to the Tiare Agent a similar message is sent to the Tour Operator running the Special Offer, which notifies them that their special was requested. The message to the Tour Operator will NOT include the contact details for the consumer but WILL include the Tiare Agent’s contact details. Please remember, the consumer will be expecting to hear from you within 48 hours of making their request.

Unfortunately, we have received feedback from our visitors and Tour Operators that agents sometimes do not respond. Either they are out of the office or choose not to contact the consumers at all. Thus, it is VERY important to respond to them in a timely manner and to help them plan their dream trip to our Islands Beyond The Ordinary!

In a situation where the agent leaves the office for an extended period, we would appreciate you notifying us. If for any reason you do not wish to participate in the Special Offer Lead Referral System, please contact us immediately. And again, please make sure you do everything possible to respond to leads as quickly as possible!
